Qualifications

• Experience in Systems Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to work across organizational and technical boundaries.
• Experience with requirements management, system architecture, integration, verification, lifecycle management, or MBSE is advantageous.
• Think holistically while maintaining technical detail.

• Strong problem-solving and engineering excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and manage stakeholder and system requirements.
• Develop system concepts, architectures, and high-level designs.
• Define system interfaces and ensure effective integration across disciplines.
• Evaluate technical solutions and support major components selection.
• Ensure designs meet functional, performance, safety, and quality needs.
• Support integration, verification, validation, and acceptance activities.
• Participate in technical reviews and risk management.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SE methods, processes, and tools.
• Support MBSE adoption and Digital Engineering where applicable.
• Contribute to systems safety, test strategy, and planning as needed.
