Job summary

Saab Danmark A/S seeks a Systems Engineer to define, develop, and integrate complex products across the lifecycle. You will ensure stakeholder needs, technical requirements, system architecture, and execution stay aligned from concept through verification and delivery.

Work with software, hardware, mechanical, test, and project teams to translate stakeholder needs into robust, reliable systems. You will champion MBSE and Digital Engineering while contributing to system safety and test planning

Qualifications

• You have experience in Systems Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• Experience with requirements management, system architecture, integration, verification, lifecycle management, or MBSE is an advantage.
• Ability to work across organizational and technical boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and manage stakeholder and system requirements.
• Develop system concepts, architectures, and high level designs.
• Define system interfaces and ensure effective integration across disciplines.
• Evaluate technical solutions and support selection of major system components.
• Ensure system designs satisfy functional, performance, safety, and quality requirements.
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Systems Engineering methods, processes, and tools.
