Job summary

Terma in Denmark seeks an Advanced Systems Engineer to design and develop complex air-domain systems within a European defense project. You will apply model-based systems engineering, define architectures, and support verification through simulation and documentation.

You will join a collaborative, research-oriented team, with opportunities to explore new solutions, contribute to reviews, and work with international colleagues. Fluency in English is required; Danish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• PhD or PostDoc in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in analytical and quantitative disciplines.
• Exposure, or interest, in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of complex air-domain systems within a European defense project.
• Use model-based systems engineering to support architecture, requirements, and verification.
• Model, simulate, analyze, and document system behavior and performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in reviews and workshops.
