Saab Danmark A/S is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Engineer / Manager to lead and enhance our quality management systems and processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned quality leader with a solid technical foundation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, and ideally a Master's degree as well. With 8–10 years of experience in quality management—including 3–5 years in a leadership role—they bring deep expertise from complex, regulated environments such as defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing. They possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100, not just theoretically but through hands‑on implementation and continuous improvement of compliant systems. Professional certifications such as CQM/OE or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt further demonstrate their commitment to structured, data‑driven excellence. Analytically strong and methodical, they use data to guide decisions, solve problems, and elevate performance. Their communication and leadership skills enable them to influence, collaborate, and build trust across all levels of the organization, ensuring quality becomes a shared responsibility. This candidate has a proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing quality management systems, along with practical experience applying risk management principles to strengthen operational resilience.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
