Terma Group in Denmark seeks a Systems Engineer to define technical solutions for defense systems within Maritime & Land Projects. You will own technical decisions across software, hardware, and requirements, driving SE activities through the full product lifecycle.

Fluent English is required; Danish is an advantage. You hold a degree in an engineering field, with experience in safety-critical industries and MBSE/INCOSE knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Solid background in systems engineering for complex products.
Experience in maritime, aerospace, defense, or safety-critical industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Translate customer needs into robust technical solutions across system areas and identify risks early.
Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure integrated system designs.
Act as technical owner for one or more system areas ensuring consistency across software, hardware and requirements.
Define and support system architecture, requirements engineering, trade studies and technical decision-making.
