GoGift is seeking a Swedish-speaking customer service representative to join our global team in Copenhagen. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high-quality support experience across our gift card and rewards offerings.

You are fluent in Swedish with strong English, and you are eager to take initiative while collaborating with a diverse, international team. This is a full-time role based at our Christianshavn office in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish with good knowledge of English.
• Nordic language skills (Norwegian or Finnish) are a plus but not required.
• Solution oriented, independent and takes responsibility for tasks.
• Enthusiastic team member who shares tips with colleagues.
• Good IT skills at the user level.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via phone, chat and email.
• Support customers with our broad range of GoGift products and guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvements while following procedures.
