Deel is building payroll operations for Sweden with a greenfield approach. You will be the founding Country PM, owning end-to-end product strategy and execution across payroll, HR, and time tracking for Sweden.

You will coordinate with compliance, engineering, payroll operations, and time tracking to translate local requirements into scalable products. This role demands prioritization, ruthless trade-offs, and collaboration across Nordic teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish speaker; English required for coordination.
• Based in EMEA with Nordic market expertise essential.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and external partners.
• Pragmatism and systems thinking; understand how payroll, HR, time tracking and compliance fit together.
• Prior experience building payroll systems or entering new markets.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy for the Swedish market across payroll, HR, time, and services.
• Work with your dedicated engineering team to execute on the roadmap.
• Coordinate across Product, Time, HRIS, and Services teams to align on dependencies.
• Break complex requirements into iterative pieces; ship early and learn from customers.
• Own relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and validating solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and local compliance teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Think entrepreneurially and build the playbook for the Nordic market from scratch.
• Use AI to accelerate development and ensure compliance with local rules.
• Navigate Sweden's tripartite labor system and GDPR requirements to serve Nordic markets.
• Establish Sweden as Deel's Nordic anchor and create scalable playbooks for Denmark, Norway and Finland.
