Job summary

EG Silkeborg Data in Skejby near Aarhus seeks a Product Owner to own the backlog for payroll and workforce planning software used by municipalities and regions. You will balance customer needs, agile delivery, and complex domain logic, acting as bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

You will collaborate with a Product Manager, report to a Senior Manager, and contribute to AI-driven product development.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years as Product Owner in a larger software organisation.
• Hands-on experience owning and prioritising product backlog in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation decisions.
• Fluent Danish and English in speaking and writing.
• Interest in AI and applying it to product development.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog, prioritise value, and align team efforts with stakeholder priorities.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and coordinate with the team and Product Manager.
• Refine requirements with Business Analyst and accept features with QA.
