Job description

Here Is What The Job Entails

Are you curious about how a global ERP transformation is managed and delivered? Do you want hands-on experience working closely with the project management function on the IFS Cloud upgrade project? Are you interested in learning how technology and business processes come together in a global organization?

As a student worker, you will work closely with the project management function on our IFS Cloud upgrade project. Your main task will be to support the day-to-day coordination and governance of the project, helping the team maintain structure, transparency, and momentum across workstreams. By working with stakeholders from across the business, you will gain practical insight into how a large-scale, business-critical transformation is managed and delivered.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Preparing meeting materials, documenting meeting outcomes, tracking actions, and following up on agreed deliverables
  • Supporting project reporting, status updates, and governance documentation, while maintaining structured and up-to-date project documentation and repositories
  • Assisting in coordinating resources across workstreams and supporting planning activities
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of various test cycles, including test coordination, defect tracking, test documentation, and follow-up activities

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced project management function on a major ERP transformation. You will gain hands‑on experience with project governance, coordination, reporting, and testing while developing a solid understanding of how a large transformation project is planned, governed, tested, and delivered across business and technology teams.

Meet your future team

You will join our ERP team within the Digital Corporate Solutions department, where we work with business applications such as ERP, HCM, PLM, and QMS, as well as data integration between these systems. Together, we build and run Kamstrup’s internal business applications. Our focus on wellbeing, employee satisfaction, and high‑quality solutions shapes the way we work every day. Therefore, you will experience an open and collaborative environment where we continuously strive to improve and grow together, both in how we work and the value we deliver to our customers.

Did you know? Our team proudly represents 6 different nationalities, bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to every project we take on. We believe this diversity is one of our greatest strengths, fostering innovation and inclusive problem‑solving.

Less About Us, More About You

We are looking for a curious and proactive student who is interested in project management and wants to contribute to the IFS Cloud upgrade project. You enjoy creating structure and following up on actions, enabling you to maintain an overview of your tasks and build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying for a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., IT, business administration, Global Business Engineering, or similar)
  • Have an interest in ERP transformation, project management, governance, and business processes
  • Combine an analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with a structured approach to work
  • Bring a positive attitude, seeing challenges as opportunities to improve and grow as a team

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.

Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, this is a student position, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience. If the role interests you and you are motivated to grow, we encourage you to apply.

We are more than an ordinary workplace

We offer a challenging student job in an international company where you are given independent responsibility for specific assignments, and where you can transform your theoretical knowledge into practical experience. As a student worker, you will be treated as an integrated part of the team, equal to other employees, ensuring a steep learning curve.

Besides the best colleagues you could imagine, we also offer:

  • Work‑life balance through flexible working hours
  • Employee benefits including a healthy canteen, fitness facilities, in‑house dental clinic, hairdresser, and a free health clinic
  • An active employee association that fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace community

This is a part‑time position of approximately 15 hours per week. However, your working hours will be agreed individually, with flexibility during examination periods.

The position is based at Kamstrup’s headquarters in Stilling, between Aarhus and Skanderborg, and bus number 200 takes you right to the door.

If you have any questions about the position, please contact Senior Manager, Corporate Solutions, Kristian Nørgaard, on telephone nr.: +45 89 93 10 00.
