Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a motivated Software Intern to join the Software & Analytics, Electricity team. You will participate in the full development lifecycle, collaborating with experienced developers through sparring, Agile ceremonies, and code reviews.

You will work on real-world applications used across Kamstrup’s solutions and gain hands-on experience across C#/.NET, WPF, WCF, and database technologies. You should be a student in ICT or Software Development with a strong interest in high-level

As a Software Intern, you will be involved in the full development lifecycle—from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and release, while working closely with experienced colleagues through sparring, Agile ceremonies, and code reviews. Throughout the internship, you will gain broad insight into our software development process and contribute to development, optimization, and hands‑on engineering tasks, including breaking down work items, detailed design, development, and testing.

You will become part of Software & Analytics, Electricity department, consisting of experienced software developers and testers. In our teams we develop automated metering solutions, and we are very passionate about software design and programming. We work in agile teams, and you will be an integrated part of the developer team from day one. Collaboration is an essential part of our processes, and you can expect professional sparring, support, and knowledge sharing throughout your internship. Our development environment is constantly evolving, and we embrace curiosity, deep technical discussions, and ideas that challenge the way we work, whether we are exploring new technologies or refining existing processes.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in English both written and spoken.
