Job summary

Kamstrup is offering an educational internship in Full Stack Software Development in Denmark. You will join the Heat-Cooling Software department and participate in all project phases from idea to finished product, gaining hands-on experience with cloud, container, and web technologies.

You will work with C#, .NET Core, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab and Jira, while being supported by a global team of about 70 colleagues. English proficiency is essential; Danish is not required.

• Able to work independently and with colleagues.
• Strong English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Work through all project phases from idea to finished product.

Here Is What The Job Entails

As our intern in Full Stack Software Development, you will be part of the daily operations in the Heat-Cooling Software department. You will be integrated into all phases of the projects, from idea to finished product. You will therefore gain a unique in-depth insight into different facets of software development which you can apply to your future career.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work with the following technologies:

• Azure platform and technologies (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure containers ...)
• C#, .NET Core
• SQL
• Docker and Kubernetes
• GitLab
• Jira
• Continuous Integration and deployment

The specific content of your tasks will be planned according to your interests and competencies, and you will be supported by experienced colleagues throughout the internship. Therefore, we encourage you to apply even if your full-stack profile is complemented by a strong interest in test automation, security, or related areas.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Are studying Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar field.
• Can work independently, but also value teamwork and professional sparring with your colleagues
• Are structured, take responsibility for your tasks, and are not afraid to take initiative or seek solutions
• Bring a proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow in a professional environment

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish is not a requirement.
