Job summary

Everllence in Copenhagen invites a Marketing Student Assistant to join our dynamic team on a one-year contract starting in October 2026. You will support key accounts, work across campaigns, and help with content and asset creation, video editing, and updating internal and external material while collaborating with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/MA in graphic design, marketing, communication or related discipline.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Office 365, SharePoint, HubSpot and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visually compelling content for marketing materials and channels.
• Conduct spelling and layout reviews of marketing materials and product documentation.
• Update information on internal SharePoint sites and perform minor CMS updates on the website.
• Support the setup of email content for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on webinar creation, video production and editing.
• Handle ad hoc administrative and office-related tasks as needed.

Marketing Student Assistant

Are you a dynamic and driven student wanting to dive into the world of marketing? Do you want to contribute to groundbreaking B2B campaigns for a leading global company? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Student Assistant on a one‑year contract starting in October 2026, with the possibility of extension as long as you remain an active student.

The pay is competitive, and the position offers a multitude of opportunities to assume responsibility and build valuable work experience for your future career. If selected as our new assistant, you will work closely together with our marketing key accounts and help them with daily tasks to implement successful campaigns. This includes support with content and asset creation (Brochures, Posts, PowerPoints, Email Newsletters …) video editing, updating internal and external material and ad-hoc office tasks. Working from our Copenhagen location, you will also collaborate closely with our colleagues at our headquarters in Augsburg, Germany and around the globe.

You will play an important role in:

• Assisting in creating visually compelling content for a variety of marketing materials and channels.
• Conducting spelling and layout reviews of marketing materials and product documentation.
• Updating information on internal SharePoint intranet sites and performing minor CMS updates on our website.
• Supporting the setup of email content for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating on webinar creation, video production, and editing.
• Handling ad hoc administrative and office-related tasks as needed.

We imagine that you:

• Are pursuing a degree (BA/MA) in graphic design, marketing, communication or a related discipline.
• Are proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Have hands-on experience with:
  • Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams …)
  • Hubspot.
  • AI (Copilot).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

You are expected to work at 10-15 hours per week from our Copenhagen office.

You'll be part of a dynamic marketing team consisting of 20 key accounts spread across various locations. Specifically, you'll work within our aftersales marketing team focused on PrimeServ solutions, alongside seven colleagues, three of whom are based in Copenhagen.
