Job summary

Everllence in Copenhagen is seeking a student worker in Direct Procurement to support our Two-Stroke Team. You will assist Category Managers with data collection, analysis, and reporting while gaining exposure to strategic sourcing and supplier management.

You should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have a structured, analytical approach. Proficiency in Excel and strong English communication are essential, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Managers with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain procurement databases, supplier information, and category documentation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for procurement projects.
• Support sourcing initiatives, RFQs and tender processes.
• Assist with follow-up activities from supplier and internal team meetings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements.
