Job summary

Everllence is seeking a Tactical Buyer to join its procurement team. You will manage RFQs, evaluate supplier offers, and keep ERP data accurate, while ensuring process compliance and data quality across the function.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to align priorities, secure on-time deliveries, and support international procurement strategies. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of products and manufacturing within complex engineering environments.
• At least three years of experience in purchasing, production planning, engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational negotiation skills and familiarity with RFQ processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems is advantageous, with SAP noted as a plus.

In this role, responsibilities include:

• Preparing and issuing RFQs, evaluating supplier offers, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in ERP systems
• Ensuring high data quality, process compliance and adherence to procurement tools and standards
• Collaborating closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to align priorities, support decision-making, and secure on-time deliveries
• Working in agile, cross-functional teams to improve responsiveness, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Strategic Buyers to support goals related to quality, cost, and supply reliability
• Supporting international procurement strategies and maintaining alignment with group-level stakeholders

We imagine that you

• Have technical understanding of products and manufacturing within complex engineering environments
• Bring at least three years of experience in purchasing, production planning, engineering, or a related field
• Have experience working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• Possess foundational negotiation skills and familiarity with RFQ processes
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Are reliable, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
• Thrive in a multicultural and international environments
• Are fluent in English, both orally and in written

• Drive supplier selection, development, and performance to ensure a reliable and competitive supply chain for two-stroke spare parts and retrofit solutions
• Promotes transparency, open communication, and active knowledge sharing across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and suppliers
• Adapts quickly during high demand periods, managing tight deadlines while maintaining quality and delivering measurable results
