Kamstrup is seeking a motivated student worker to support sustainability and ESG initiatives. You will engage colleagues worldwide through impactful communication, drive actions, and help progress environmental improvements across the organization.
The role offers exposure to ESG data maturity, disclosures, and related activities. The position is part-time (15 hours per week) and runs from October 2026 to June 2027, based at Kamstrup’s headquarters in Stilling, between Aarhus and Skanderborg.

As our new Student Worker, you will play a crucial role in engaging colleagues across our global organization in sustainability and ESG topics through impactful communication and engagement activities. You will drive actions and create traction on tasks, such as ensuring progress on environmental improvements, operational tasks, meetings, and presentation material.

This role offers the opportunity to enhance your environmental management- and communication skills while collaborating with various stakeholders across the whole organization. Moreover, depending on your knowledge and interests you will have the opportunity to work within different disciplines of ESG data maturity, ESG disclosures, or the like.
As our new student worker, you will join a professional team of 4 dedicated employees focusing on sustainability and ESG. In the team, we support the organization with continuously monitoring and supporting ISO 14001 Environmental Management, Sustainability and ESG development. This includes creating data insights, reporting, and ensuring that ESG-related requirements and Kamstrup´s sustainability strategy are adopted and integrated across our business. Our team is characterized by a positive energy, an informal tone, and a great sense of humour, together creating a lively and supportive work atmosphere.

We are looking for a motivated student who wants to explore their talent within environmental management and sustainable development. You may not have much practical experience yet, but your passion for sustainability is what matters the most. Furthermore, you are a strong collaborator with the ability to build trusted relationships and engage stakeholders across functions. Your pragmatic approach enables you to navigate complexity and contribute effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, but you can expect a response within six weeks. The job is a part-time position, and we expect you to be able to work 15 hours per week – however, the details of the role will be agreed on an individual basis. The student worker position is expected to run from October 2026 until June 2027, with possibility for extension.
