Job summary

Alfa Laval in Aalborg is seeking a motivated Student Worker to join our Documentation Team. You will help develop SOPs, work instructions, and other documentation, ensuring consistent ways of working and knowledge sharing.

You will collaborate with Documentation Engineers, Engineers, Project Managers in an international environment, gaining hands-on experience and learning to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Interest in documentation and knowledge management.
• Able to work independently and with stakeholders.
• Experience with documentation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support the documentation maintenance of departmental processes and Ways of Working.
• Assist with document updates, reviews, and maintenance activities.
• Collect information from SMEs to document processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and templates.
• Support knowledge-sharing and onboarding documentation.
