Job summary

Landfolk in Aarhus is seeking a part-time Guest & Host Care Assistant to support our Guest & Host Care team. You’ll assist guests and hosts by phone, chat, and email, helping ensure smooth handovers and day-to-day operations.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, contributing to processes, sharing observations, and helping improve the user experience on our platform. The role is based in Aarhus with flexible hours (10-15 hours/week), starting autumn 2026.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy
• Handling daily assigned tasks in a structured and timely manner
• Preparing and handing over more complex cases to Guest & Host Care Experts with relevant context and information
• Continuously sharing observations and input that can improve the user experience on the platform and our internal workflows
• Contributing ideas and suggestions on how we can further improve our processes and platform for hosts, guests, and partners
