Job summary

Satair A/S in Copenhagen is inviting a student IT Supporter to join our IT Support team. The role is part-time (15–20 hours/week) and designed to fit around your studies, with Monday–Friday 08:00–16:30 shifts in Copenhagen.

You will be the first contact for IT incidents and service requests, helping colleagues, guiding them to the right experts, and documenting solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience with Windows and Google Workspace in a global Airbus environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Currently pursuing IT studies or coursework relevant to IT Support.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures with care.
• Able to explain technical information in simple terms.
• Willingness to learn ITIL concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with IT incidents and service requests.
• Act as the first contact and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and account setup.
• Ensure IAM activities are performed with accuracy and care.
• Create and share knowledge articles for internal use.
• Collaborate with other Service Desks within Airbus.
