Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant for Product Data Management. You will produce technical product data sheets in our Rockpublish system and organize visual assets while learning multiple product data systems, spending 15-20 hours per week in the office with exam-period flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for structure and systematic data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Sharepoint) and ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with technical data and complex information
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Curiosity, practical commitment, and willingness to learn and grow into broader responsibilities
• Educational background at bachelor's or master's level at a recognized university (CBS, KU, DTU, IT-University, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Produce technical product data sheets in our new Rockpublish system
• Select and organize visual assets for each datasheet
• Learn and master multiple product data systems
• Maintain consistency and systemic organization of information and data
