Job summary

Podimo in Copenhagen is seeking a proactive Student Worker to support the Payroll Accounting Manager within the Accounting & Control team. You will help maintain payroll and bookkeeping for 400+ employees across 10 European locations, gaining hands-on exposure to our finance operations.

This hands-on role involves data entry, payroll change validation, and assisting monthly financial reporting. You will support audits, compliance, and ad hoc AI/automation projects.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Accounting, Finance, or HR.
• High attention to detail in fast-paced payroll and accounting tasks.
• Reliable and motivated with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll data entry and validation for monthly payroll changes.
• Prepare payroll journals and assist reconciliations and monthly reporting.
• Support ad hoc AI/automation projects and process improvements.
• Assist with audits and ongoing compliance checks.
