Faerch Group is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to ensure accurate Danish payroll and smooth HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You will process payroll for hourly workers in Denmark and support salaried payroll, while collaborating with People & Culture, Finance and external partners.

Qualifications

• Education in payroll, HR admin or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of Danish payroll for hourly employees, including time registration.
• Familiarity with Industriens Overenskomst or translating agreements into payroll.
• Fluent Danish; good written and spoken English.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); EPOS, Worklinq/ProMark, Oracle HCM a plus.
• Structured, precise, deadline-focused with high data quality and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and process payroll for hourly paid employees in Denmark; support salaried payroll input.
• Collect, validate and maintain payroll master data covering time, absence, holiday, pension, pay elements.
• Perform payroll controls, reconciliations and quality checks; document deviations.
• Apply Danish legislation, Industriens Overenskomst and local agreements in payroll processing.
• Maintain employee data and support onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding in relevant systems.
