Job summary

Podimo is seeking a proactive Student Worker for its Copenhagen Finance team to support payroll and bookkeeping across 400+ employees in 10 European locations. You will work with the Payroll Accounting Manager in a hands-on role that sharpens attention to detail and financial processes.

The role is based in Copenhagen and reports to the Payroll Accounting Manager. You will help ensure timely payroll processing, data validation, and monthly reporting while exploring automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• You are a motivated student studying Accounting, Finance, or HR.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced finance environment.
• Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll data entry and validation for monthly payroll changes.
• Prepare payroll journals and assist with reconciliations and monthly reporting.
• Support AI/automation initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Assist with audits and compliance documentation.
• Handle general administrative and data validation tasks.
• Act as an operational backup for payroll processing during absences.
