Job summary

Zalaris in Denmark is seeking a Danish Payroll Expert who loves technology, automation, and AI-enabled working. You will manage end-to-end payroll in SAP Payroll, ensure accuracy and compliance, and work daily with English and Danish communications in an outsourcing environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams, stay updated on legislation, and contribute to automation initiatives across European clients. A dynamic, learning-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Danish payroll processing and legislation.

• Professional English communication, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets experience.

• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changes.
• Experience with SAP Payroll is an advantage.

• Execute and oversee end-to-end payroll processes within SAP Payroll.
• Ensure payroll calculations are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Analyse and resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll-related master data and system records.

• Prepare payroll and management reports.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Experience working with SAP Payroll is an advantage, but not a requirement (we will support you in building your expertise in one of the world's leading payroll platform)
