Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Denmark is seeking a motivated Student Assistant in Controlling to join our Copenhagen-based team. You will help deliver monthly financial reporting and support management with data-driven insights while balancing academic commitments.

The role offers up to 15 hours per week, flexible scheduling around exams, and on-the-job training in management accounting. Strong Excel and English skills are essential, with experience in Power BI a plus.

Qualifications

You are in the middle or at the start of your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Economics/Business Administration, preferably Accounting/Finance/Controlling.
Experience with Microsoft tools is required.
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Strong English language skills.
Able to take feedback and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Develop and provide reports to ensure transparency on financial data to business partners.
Assist in monthly closing activities.
Analyze and prepare presentations to management on product and business sales and cost analysis.
Use Power BI and Excel to meet reporting and analysis needs.
Contribute to ad-hoc requirements and projects.
