Job summary

NTG Nordic Transport Group is seeking a Payroll & Administration Assistant to join our Finance Shared Services team in Hvidovre. You’ll learn payroll operations, expense management, reporting, and finance administration while working with our Payroll Manager and Head of Finance DK.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across payroll, expense management systems, and financial reporting in a growing international organisation, with opportunities to take responsibility and develop your expertise.

Qualifications

• Newly graduated or 1–2 years’ experience in administration, finance, payroll, or accounting.
• Preference for organized, structured workers who meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll process and payroll input validation.
• Follow up on missing payroll information and maintain documentation.
• Assist employees and managers with payroll questions with Payroll Manager support.
• Support expense management using zExpense; review claims and provide user support.
• Assist with reporting to Statistics Denmark and other admin tasks.
• Help with various ad hoc finance and admin tasks across the team.
