Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Student Worker to support GDPR and data privacy initiatives within Operations. The role focuses on maintaining privacy documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to training and awareness efforts.

You will work approximately 10 hours per week, primarily from our Billund office, while leveraging Excel, SharePoint, and AI-powered productivity tools to streamline governance and data handling.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university and has completed at least second year.
• Minimal one year remaining before graduation.
• Interested in data privacy, governance, compliance, or related areas.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.

Responsibilities

• Support GDPR and data privacy activities across LEGO Education.
• Maintain and update GDPR-related documentation, records, and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and update data privacy information.
• Support data clean-up initiatives and improve the quality and structure of privacy-related data.
• Assist in preparing and delivering training materials and awareness activities for colleagues.
• Help review and update data privacy procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
• Support reporting and light analysis to track progress and improve processes.
