Job summary

Blue Energy Partners is seeking a curious MSc student to join our People & Performance team in Odense. You’ll be a Student Assistant, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives while helping build HR systems, maintain data and drive process improvements.

You’ll work with the Head of People & Performance, gaining hands-on experience across GDPR, contracts, onboarding, analytics and governance, with flexibility to balance lectures and exams while contributing meaningfully from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently starting MSc in Human Resource Management (cand.merc.) at SDU in Sep 2026.
• Enjoys creating structure where others see complexity.
• Has an eye for detail and enjoys working with systems, data and processes.
• Is organized, analytical and thorough.
• Communicates confidently in English; Danish is a plus for local docs.
• Collaborates well across teams and supports colleagues.
• Is proactive, reliable and curious.

Responsibilities

• Help build and maintain HR systems and employee data.
• Support GDPR compliance, employment contracts and People policies.
• Assist with organisational development initiatives, surveys and reporting.
• Support learning, onboarding and annual development activities.
• Prepare HR analytics, reports and presentations.
• Help document and improve processes, SOPs and governance.
