Qualifications

• You're currently studying Accounting, Finance, or HR.
• You're highly reliable with strong attention to detail.
• You're motivated and good at solving challenges.
• You work well against deadlines across payroll and month-end close.
• You're fluent in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll data entry and validation for monthly changes.
• Prepare payroll journals and assist reconciliations and reporting.
• Support AI/automation initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Compile documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Handle administrative tasks and validate data.
• Act as a backup for payroll processing during absences.
