Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Student Worker for Event Support HQ. This part-time role (~15-20 hours/week) offers hands-on experience in workplace events, employee engagement, and internal communications.

You will coordinate events, manage registrations, liaise with vendors, draft communications, create content with Canva, and analyze feedback, while balancing studies. English is required, Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with at least 1 year left.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication in English; Danish fluency is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities.
• Manage participant registrations and event invitations.
• Liaise with external vendors and prepare run sheets.
• Support event setup/breakdown and post-event feedback collection.
• Assist with internal communications and content creation.
• Support on running events in holiday weeks.
