Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an energized student for a Sustainable Operations internship focused on energy data analysis, forecasting, and decarbonization. You will support calculations, build dashboards in Excel, and help communicate sustainability initiatives across functions.

You will work 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates are enrolled in engineering, sustainability, or data-focused programs and have strong analytical and presentation skills,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum two years remaining in studies before graduation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support energy data analysis, forecasting, and consumption modelling to inform sustainability and operational decision-making.
• Perform calculations and business case assessments for energy efficiency and decarbonization projects, supporting investment approvals and savings reporting.
• Provide administrative support for project tracking, team activities, and follow-up actions.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and management reporting in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making and strategic oversight.
• Create presentations, one-pagers, and storytelling materials to communicate sustainability initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Document processes, governance structures, and methodologies for the climate and carbonworkstreams.
