Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, seeks a proactive Student Worker to support our Sustainable Operations team. You will help drive energy decarbonization through data analytics, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communication while gaining hands-on experience in sustainability strategy implementation.

You will build dashboards in Excel, create presentations, and document processes for climate and carbon workstreams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum two years remaining in studies before graduation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
• Passion for sustainability, climate strategy, energy management, renewable energy, and decarbonization initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the semester.

Responsibilities

• Support energy data analysis, forecasting, and consumption modelling to inform sustainability and operational decision‑making.
• Perform calculations and business case assessments for energy efficiency and decarbonization projects, supporting investment approvals and savings reporting.
• Provide administrative support for project tracking, team activities, and follow‑up actions.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and management reporting in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision‑making and strategic oversight.
• Create presentations, one‑pagers, and storytelling materials to communicate sustainability initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Document processes, governance structures, and methodologies for the climate and carbon workstreams
