Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker in the Data, Analytics & Enabling Capabilities team to help build data-powered experiences for our digital consumer platforms. You will develop scalable dbt pipelines, create dashboards in Databricks, and explore AI capabilities like Databricks Genie, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring from senior data professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a Masters Degree within Analytics, Data Science, CS, or Data Management.
• Experience with software development, product management or digital analytics is a plus.
• Experience building data visualizations.
• Interest in exploring AI for analytics (transformation pipelines and insights).
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, well-documented data transformation pipelines in dbt.
• Build user-friendly dashboards in Databricks to show campaign and experience performance.
• Explore Databricks Genie and AI capabilities; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Enablement and Data Office for reusable outputs.
• Grow analytics engineering craft through code reviews, pairing, and mentorship.
