Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker in the Data, Analytics & Enabling Capabilities team to help build a data-driven culture for digital product development. You will work on transforming data with dbt, building dashboards in Databricks, and exploring AI capabilities like Databricks Genie.

You will learn from experienced data professionals and collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Product Teams, Data Enablement, and the Data Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Masters degree in Analytics, Data Science, CS or similar.
• Passion for software development, product management, agile, or digital analytics is an asset.
• Curiosity for data visualizations and AI in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines in dbt for analysis-ready data.
• Build user-friendly dashboards in Databricks to track campaigns and experiences.
• Explore AI capabilities like Databricks Genie and translate into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Enablement and Data Office to enable reuse of outputs across the business.
• Grow analytics engineering skills through code reviews, pairing, and mentorship.
• Contribute to the success of the team and deliver impactful data insights.
