Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker to support GDPR and data privacy across LEGO Education. You will maintain privacy documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, and help deliver training materials while working closely with the Head of Operations.

The role offers hands-on experience in data privacy, governance, and the application of AI-enabled tools in a business setting, with a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university degree and have completed at least your second year of bachelor studies.
• This role focuses on GDPR, data privacy governance, and compliance within LEGO Education.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and documentation.
• Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and AI-supported productivity tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders.
• No prior GDPR experience required; learning on the job is supported.
• Minimum of one year remaining before graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support GDPR and data privacy activities across LEGO Education.
• Maintain and update GDPR-related documentation, records, and tools using Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and update data privacy information.
• Assist in preparing and delivering training materials and awareness activities for colleagues.
• Help review and update data privacy procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
• Support reporting and light analysis to track progress and improve compliance processes.
• Contribute ideas to improve data privacy governance.
• Assist with coordination and data analysis tasks within operations.
