Job summary

Ramboll in Copenhagen seeks a Student Assistant for Technology Procurement to support sourcing, contract administration, and supplier performance data analysis across a global organisation.

You will work with Technology, Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams, gaining hands-on experience in strategic procurement and supplier management while developing commercial and analytical skills in a flexible hybrid setup with some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories.
  • Maintaining and analysing procurement, contract, and supplier performance data to support decision-making.
  • Assisting with contract administration, documentation, and governance activities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.

As our new Student Assistant you will be part of our Global Technology Procurement department, supporting stakeholders across Ramboll's international organisation.

In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience within strategic procurement and contract management in a global company. You will work closely with procurement professionals, contract managers, technology specialists, and business stakeholders. The position offers a great opportunity to develop commercial and analytical skills while contributing to technology initiatives that support Ramboll's business and sustainability ambitions.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Supporting sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories
  • Maintaining and analysing procurement, contract, and supplier performance data to support decision‑making
