Communications & Marketing at Ramboll builds and protects our brand, tells the story of our expertise, and helps our business win and grow work across 35 countries. The function spans brand and thought leadership, campaigns, communications, design, digital channels, marketing technology and analytics - consisting of Global Communication & Marketing, Global Business Area and Geography teams.
AI is one of the main levers in our 2026 plan. Colleagues across the function are already working with it on a daily basis, and the opportunity now is to turn pilots into practical, repeatable ways of working: real world efficiency gains, better output, and clear guidance.
This role reports directly to the Head of Global Digital Operations, but works across the whole Communications & Marketing function. You will work on the AI initiatives and on the wider AI agenda across marketing; connect stakeholders, collect inputs, help build AI systems. Alongside that, you will build, test and scale practical AI use cases and applications in our own technology platforms and keep track of the AI tests learnings and iterations that the colleagues in the full function are conducting.
