Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Student Worker to join our Corporate Functions, Talent Acquisition team at Nordborg or Copenhagen. You will be part of a global team that attracts top talents and will be paired with mentors to learn our recruitment processes from day one.

You will manage student/intern recruitment, help optimize TA workflows, and use Excel to analyze hiring trends. The role offers flexibility with a 15‑20 hour work week and a supportive environment.

We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Corporate Functions, Talent Acquisition team at our headquarters in Nordborg or our office in Copenhagen. You’ll be part of a global team that works across countries to attract the best talents for Danfoss. From day one, you will be paired with experienced colleagues who will support your learning journey and provide insight into our recruitment processes. What You’ll Be Doing

If you join us, you will be responsible for all student and intern recruitment, ensuring a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will also play a key role in optimizing our talent acquisition processes, working with data, and helping to make our recruitment setup even more efficient.

Furthermore, You Will

• Work with data and reporting in Excel to analyze hiring trends and recruitment metrics.
• Assist with various ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related tasks that support the Talent Acquisition team.
