As Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a central role in shaping Topsoe’s strategic direction and strengthening how we translate market intelligence into clear strategic guidance and decision support. You will lead high-impact strategic analyses and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on key strategic priorities. The role is anchored in Corporate Strategy and will be an important part of the integration of Market Intelligence into the function. You will help strengthen and evolve how Topsoe captures, structures, and applies market and competitive insights to support strategy development, business planning, and key leadership discussions.
In this role, you will contribute to strengthening Topsoe’s strategic capabilities and ensuring that external developments are translated into clear implications, recommendations, and calls to action for the business.
You are an experienced strategy professional with a strong analytical and strategic toolbox and the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations and business actions. You are comfortable working in a role with broad exposure across the organization and with senior stakeholders, and you know how to combine strategic insight with a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
You quickly understand market dynamics, competitive developments, and strategic challenges, and you are able to translate an outside‑in perspective into relevant implications for the business. You build trust through clarity, sound judgement, and strong stakeholder management, and you are confident challenging stakeholders constructively when needed.
