Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a Strategy Manager to own strategic projects from scoping to recommendations and impact. You will lead a project team, collaborate with senior leadership, and shape the company’s strategic direction in a fast-paced, international green-tech environment.

You will manage workshops, develop insights, and contribute to the consultancy toolbox while staying closely connected with the organization after deliverables. Excellent communication and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant master's degree in e.g. business administration, economics, finance, or engineering with strong academic results
• Bring 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, or in a comparable role within an internal Strategy function including 1-2 years of experience leading strategic projects or workstreams with responsibility for team members and deliverables
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Acting as project manager on selected strategic projects within or across business units, including scoping, planning, and day-to-day management of the project team
• Owning project deliverables, from analysis and problem-solving to communication of recommendations
• Facilitating workshops and strategic discussions with senior management and relevant subject matter experts
• Acting as a sparring partner and challenger to the business, ensuring that decisions rest on validated insights
• Contributing to the development of our internal ‘consultancy toolbox’, strategy frameworks and ways of working
