Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed overview of change requests and inform stakeholders about status, progress and next steps.
• Ensure product management and sales management have insights for data-driven decisions on future product changes.
• Assist with business case creation and provide transparency to product management and development.
• Support the business in growing existing and new markets through effective product change management.
• Help develop optimal tools to drive and monitor the change request flow.
