Job summary

Kamstrup Water is seeking a Director of Project Execution to lead a newly formed team delivering water-related New Product Development projects. You will drive portfolio prioritization, governance, and resource allocation across functions, shaping strategy and ensuring on-time, on-budget deliveries.

You will lead seven project managers, foster collaboration, and advance Digital tools and AI-enabled productivity to improve transparency and outcomes. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience leading complex new product development projects in industrial electronics or software-enabled environments.
• Extensive competencies in project governance, program management, resource planning and executive reporting.
• Deep understanding of governance, portfolio management, risk management, and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of Project Execution and ensure portfolio performance aligned with Water strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers across software and hardware development.
• Strengthen project management practices, governance, and cross-functional execution.
