Job summary

Kamstrup seeks a Director of Project Execution to steer a newly formed team responsible for planning, resource management and execution of Water New Product Development projects. You will influence portfolio priorities, enable data-driven decisions, and drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, R&D and Commercial teams.

Fluent English is required for an international organization. The role entails leadership of seven project managers and direct reporting to Water Leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in complex new product development programs.
• Strong track record in governance, prioritization, and decision support.
• Fluent English and ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of Project Execution for Kamstrup Water.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers and ensure delivery against scope, time, and budget.
• Strengthen governance, transparency, and execution across Water’s NPD portfolio.
