Job summary

STARK Group seeks a Senior Manager for the Athene Programme to lead a cross-functional team of project managers across Supply Chain Management and the Data Platform. You will own a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery, governance, and a strong delivery culture.

You will report to the Programme Director and Vice President, collaborating with Business Transformation, PMO, IT Delivery, and senior stakeholders across the Nordics, and travel 30–50 days annually.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project and programme management.
• Proven leadership of multiple project managers and teams.
• Experience across large-scale transformation, IT and business domains.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, PgMP, SAFe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Management and Data Platform.
• Lead a team of project managers and ensure successful delivery with accountability.
• Build a high-performing delivery culture and provide mentorship to the team.
• Collaborate with Business Transformation, PMO, IT Delivery, and senior stakeholders across regions.
