Job summary

STARK Group seeks a Health & Safety Partner to strengthen governance, embed practical standards across Europe, and align local activities with Group ambitions. You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-border teams to enable safe, compliant operations rather than manage day-to-day sites.

You will drive the development of our H&S platform, guide digital reporting, and translate insights into tangible actions. Travel to markets as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid Health & Safety experience across projects and programs.
• Experience managing initiatives across countries or functions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001; lead auditor training is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management across cultures and levels.
• Analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen governance and embed practical H&S standards across markets.
• Enable and support the business to deliver Group ambitions rather than own local operations.
• Develop and adopt the H&S platform in collaboration with Group IT.
• Drive reporting, change activities and continuous improvement across Europe.
