The role requires a practical, execution-driven professional with 4–7+ years in manufacturing operations and strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, PMO, or transformation roles.
• Strong project management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional global projects from planning through execution and implementation.
• Manage project portfolio, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement across global manufacturing sites to reduce costs while ensuring safety, quality and delivery.
