Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies for RFPs/Bid Defense cycles. You will bridge sales, medical, and operations to ensure successful execution and support sales throughout the business development process.

You will oversee strategy development, balance external research with IQVIA data, and mentor the Project Leader to present to clients and internal stakeholders. A clinical research background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Experience in CRO industry and regulatory environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, medical, and operations to craft tailored project strategies that differentiate IQVIA in proposals.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Guide project teams to present strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Support sales in client meetings and bid defenses; prepare teams accordingly.
• Ensure budgets and financial goals including Gross New Business are met.
