Job summary

IQVIA in Denmark is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/Bid Defense cycle, bridging Sales, Medical, and Operations to drive compelling proposals.

You will lead a virtual team, align budgets with Gross New Business goals, mentor project leaders, and stay ahead of market trends in the biopharma landscape. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin knowledge is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Proven ability to deliver project strategy in CRO/biopharma settings.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and operational delivery in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to create tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies considering market trends and broader impacts.
• Lead and mentor Project Leaders to present project strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer meetings and bid defense preparation.
• Ensure budgets support Gross New Business goals.
