Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/bid defense cycle. You will bridge sales, medical and operations to ensure seamless project execution and support the Business Development process.

You will guide project teams, balance external research with IQVIA data, mentor leaders, and contribute to strategic growth in a dynamic, global CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global CRO/clinical research experience.
• Director-level global clinical research experience in the applicable therapeutic area (Cardiology).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to create tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies by scanning therapeutic and operational landscapes.
• Maintain understanding of current and future market trends affecting delivery strategies.
• Champion project centricity by enabling project delivery teams to execute the sold strategy.
• Leverage data from external and internal sources to build project strategy.
• Mentor the Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings and training.
• Attend and lead bid defense or customer meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure project budgets meet financial goals, including Gross New Business.
