IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to design and implement delivery strategies tailored to customer needs during RFP/bid defense cycles. You will bridge sales, medical, and operations, ensuring seamless project execution and supporting growth.

You will collaborate with global teams, analyze market trends, and guide project delivery from strategy to client presentation, while mentoring project leaders and aiding sales in defense meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Experience in CRO industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in RFP/Bid Defense cycles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Actively collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to craft tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies considering market trends.
• Maintain understanding of current and future market trends affecting delivery strategies.
• Champion project centricity and ensure teams execute the sold strategy.
• Lead data-driven project strategy using external research and IQVIA data.
• Mentor the Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings and training.
• Attend and lead bid defense or customer meetings when required.
• Identify quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure budgets meet financial targets including Gross New Business.
