Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop delivery strategies during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle, bridging sales, medical, and operations to ensure successful project execution. You will guide and mentor project teams, influencing strategies and defending proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and the biopharma landscape, with strong leadership and presentation skills to drive business

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of scientific, clinical operations, real world, regulatory, operational, commercial landscape.
• Strong global biopharma industry awareness and drug development lifecycle understanding.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong business acumen with financial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a virtual, matrixed project team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to craft tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Develop long-term implementation plans considering market trends and value adds.
• Mentor Project Leaders to present strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Support Sales during customer meetings and bid defenses.
• Ensure study quality and corrective action plans; manage budgets and targets.
